Tantra And World Peace By The Buddha (Interview)

Karolina Karwan is a multifaceted person and explorer of the inner and outer worlds (in the end, one and the same).

We randomly met while walking in opposite directions on a road through the high mountains of Oaxaca.

After a couple of days and a few casual conversations, the interview with Karolina organically took form and place by the Buddha of a beautiful small village setting.

Before you head to listen to our conversation on “Tantra and World Peace”, make sure to join Karolina on her social media and other video channels to find out what she is up to next.

Video Interview (Teaser)

It is tricky to get good internet connection way up in the mountains of Oaxaca. The complete video interview will be uploaded as soon as I get the chance.

In the meantime, please enjoy the audio version of the whole Interview, divided in 4 parts.

Toda Mi Vida (All My Life)

He venido aquí buscando flores

He venido aquí buscando cantos

Busco mariposas de obsidiana

Busco mariposas de mil colores

I have come here looking for flowers

I have come here looking for songs

I look for obsidiana butterflies

I look for butterflies of a thousand colors

Hey ana na ya na na na

Hey hey ho

Toda mi vida yo te he buscado

Y en este fuego yo te he encontrado

All my life I have been looking for you

And in this fire I have found you

Land Access and Outdoor Access

“How should we have minimized this [“crazy” and “evil” conspiracy theories about me regarding vaccination and the COVID-19 pandemic], either working out with the social media companies, or explaining what we are up to in a better way?” – Bill Gates

Yes, Bill. I agree with you here: How would you explain what you are up to in a better way? BTW, I really hope “your heart is as soft and warm as your sweater”.

“Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, has an alter ego: Farmer Bill, the guy who owns more farmland than anyone else in America.” -Eric OKeefe, The Land Report

The institutional support is set up not only for denying people like you and me to have land access. But now in corona crisis times, we are also being denied OUTDOOR access.

The greatest protest in the history of the world has been ongoing over 6 months and hardly anyone is talking about it. 250 million small farmers are protecting their land and food security of India from the hands of #CorporateGlobalisation #CorporateGlobalization #LandGrabbing

Tell Bill Gates to donate land to organic farmers.

The Gift That Keeps On Giving

Loquats (locally known as “Nísperos”)

I read somewhere that all the round and colorful decoration on a Christmas tree 🎄 represent the wishful thinking of seeing fruits again hanging on the trees once the winter have passed.

So these are just the first wave of the presents this loquat tree is giving us the day before Christmas.

Hey, Kids! Don’t try this at home 😉

Funny thing is this tree is most probably the result from a squirrel that dropped or buried the fruits seed in this narrow patch of soil. Such a fine example that “everyone gardens”.

What the world needs now is MORE people

Before “overpopulation” believers go straight at my neck, I would like to utter out that I am Pro Creation. Yes, Pro creation. Not Pro Choice, and not Pro Life.

But what does Pro Creation mean? Well, on the broad sense, it means favoring creation. But it also means Co-creative Procreation. Please allow me to make my case.

How many people nowadays were born because of the following “accidents”:

  • The condom broke
  • The pill didn’t work

Or someone saying:

  • “I drank too much that night”
  • “I wasn’t supposed to be in my fertile days”
  • “My biological clock was ticking”
  • “Everyone else were having babies”
  • “My partner wanted to have kids”
  • “I was too hot to pull out”

What is the story most parents are going to tell their kids about their conception as the first generation born during the Corona Crisis?: “The TV broke down during the lockdown”? Or perhaps, “The Internet was not working for a whole day”?

Halloween and Days of the Dead

I didn’t really want to do this post to teach you how to draw minions on bananas. I would have preferred to tell you how many ancestors I have and you have.

Minions on bananas.

But as this twenty twenty has taught us, sometimes what we want doesn’t happen, or so we think.
But this being the occasion for a horror story, here I share with you one that is written while you read these lines, followed by a possible change of narrative.

Stay safe, alive and kicking.
With love and an open heart.

JORGE’s TRANSCRIPT OF HARMONY STORY
MEXICO CITY, DECEMBER 29, 2019

NOTE: Harmony Story is a practice that can help us to envision the beautiful future that we have only imagined can be true. It is a way of bringing into the present something that we believe is in alignment with universal truth–a world where all life can thrive. Here are the instructions:

Step 1: Choose a project or goal or vision you are working on.

Step 2: Pick a date in the future. Go into the future as far as you would like. It depends on if you are looking to visualize short term goals or long term goals.

Step 3: Start speaking as if you are in the future, and things that you would like to have happened, have already happened.

Step 4: People can join in as if they are present with you in the future.

Step 5: Complete the story with a short appreciation, going around the circle and sharing what you appreciated about doing this process.

See this Harmony Story article for more info.

In my case, Jorge, I am co-creating a compassionate, healthy and thriving COMMUNITY FOOD FOREST WORLD NETWORK (Find out more at www.freefoodforfuture.org and www.noblepeacetribe.org).

Here is an example of how Jorge envision this project he is working on using the Harmony Story technique:

Financing life after and during coronacrisis

While talking about the myriad of projects existing in the world already causing a positive spin in the lives of people and communities, the recurring theme of financing pops-up along with the expected skeptical view on these crazy sounding proposals (even during these crazy times!).

Here is a video, in which I attempt to shed some light on the topic of financing the world we were born to live in. It is currently a private link, since I have not finished listing all the projects, from which I crowdsourced it 🙂 And it is Part 3, because it was supposed to be the ending of a more than 1 hour 30 minute video compilation. I hope all that makes sense to you as it did in my head.

But since the urge of clarity on economy for life after – and during – the corona crisis cannot really wait, here it goes… https://vimeo.com/426661592/6f6f146661

Cultivating Environments Full of Taste and Health

Make food tasty & nutritious again by growing its full potential in thriving environments.

“It is entirely possible that we could eat an amazing 300,000 plant species. However, the reality is that we only consume a tiny fraction of what is possible. Homo sapiens, which is the most cosmopolitan of all species and one that thrives by virtue of being a supreme generalist, survives, by routinely eating only about 200 plant species. Amazingly more than half of the calories and the proteins that we derive from plants are provided by just three crops: maize, rice, and wheat.”
